Zucchetti Kos launches Savoy to UK

From the Milan furniture fair, Zucchetti showcases its Matteo Thun-designed tap

Following the launch of Zucchetti.Kos UK, Italian bathroom brand showcased its Zucchetti and Catalano brands at 100% Design to attract an audience of specifiers.

UK marketing manager of both brands, Milena Cox stated the hero product of the show for the Zucchetti brand was Savoy, designed by Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez and unveiled at the Milan furniture fair. 

The contemporary take on a classical two-handled mixer allows designers to select the brassware finish, colour, texture (opaque varnish, lacquer or chrome) and even branding of the handles, such as for a hotel chain.

Zucchetti and Kos products are available through a network of showrooms, 30 and 5, repectively, and the company is looking to grow its network.

However Milena Cox, would not be drawn into how many retailers the brands were hoping to attract, as she commented: “We just want to make sure we are working with the right retailers”. And she described the ‘right’ retailers as those “who will work with us to promote these brands in the way we can communicate the brand philosophy and values”.
