Independent retailer Better Bathrooms is set to increase its exchange policy to 365 days from April 1, allowing customers to buy products in advance and exchange them within a year of ordering.
Previously the exchange policy was 240 days but the decision was made to increase the timespan to fit its customers’ needs.
This change in policy, to reflect their customers’ busy lifestyles, adds to its current service offer which includes longer store opening hours, longer customer service opening hours, online tracking and SMS delivery updates.
Founder and CEO of Better Bathrooms, Colin Stevens commented: “From the very start I have continuously challenged how the company is run and the policies in place. Better Bathrooms was set up 13 years ago as an online business, which has now grown into a £40million company. The company employs more than 200 staff and recently launched an apprenticeship programme, with the aim of providing full-time employment across its network of four stores.
