More than 590 retailers have signed up to the reward and loyalty scheme

British Ceramic Tile’s Retailer Club, which was launched to the trade in March 2016, now has 590 dealers signed up to the reward and loyalty scheme.

Retailers who participate in the scheme experience a range of benefits including a better trade price, free display boards and a link on the British Ceramic Tile’s website ‘Where to Buy’ page, to help them drive sales and increase turnover.

Dedicated area sales managers will also visit Retailer Club members offering a range of promotional items, such as t-shirts, fleeces, tape measures and travel mugs.

In addition, rewards are offers to selected members in the Retailer Club with points earned for every pound spent. They can monitor their points on a dedicated website, which also explains how they can spend them on a range of gifts and discounts.

Sales director at British Ceramic Tile Neil Anderton said: “As a team we’ve looked at how British Ceramic Tile could best support its retailers, and which areas would have a noticeable effect in helping our customers increase their sales. Retailer Club draws in an assortment of different benefits and solutions in order to accomplish this goal, and already we’ve had some great feedback as to how it is making a difference to those who have already signed up.

“Those retailers who increase their sales by set targets will be rewarded with points as an extra thank you, and these can be spent on a variety of items and discounts.”
