Bathroom brand Crosswater has announced an acquisition agreement with its long term sales partner Sharay Marketing.
As part of the acquisition agreement, the field sales team will be employed by Crosswater Holdings within its national retail sales team. The partners of Sharay Marketing, Tony Shakespeare, Nathan Helms and Mark Livesey will pursue other avenues.
