The Kitchen Bedroom Bathroom National Training Group KBB NTG has sponsored the Bathroom and Kitchen Business Conference 2014, which takes place at Heythrop Park in Oxfordshire on October 7.
It is the first time the conference has embraced the kitchen industry and will be themed upon Marketing the Future.
The Bathroom and Kitchen Conference will include a programme of talks by seven speakers, including the latest additions of comedy actor and writer David Schneider and Professor BJ Cunningham of Brighton University.
In addition to his TV and film work, Schneider set up a social media agency in 2013, which provides content and advice for brands and businesses, with clients including Huffington Post and BBC . He will be talking about how best to use twitter for customer care, while avoiding pitfalls.
Professor Cunningham serves on the council of Business Superbrands will be discussing brand loyalty.
Chief executive of KBB NTG, Renee Mascari explained why the organisation chose to support the event: “We’re delighted to be supporting the conference this year, particularly as it now embraces both the bathroom and kitchen industry.
“The theme is bang on target and the stated aim of encouraging fresh ideas is very welcome. Education and inspiration are what the NTG is all about since we believe that these are the key drivers for our industry’s future.”
