Symphony publishes cooking videos

Video series features recipes by TV chefs Jeremy Pang and Peter Sidwell

Symphony has teamed up with TV chefs Jeremy Pang from School of Wok and Peter Sidwell of Simply Good Cookery School to create a series of easy-to-cook recipe videos.

The #LoveYourKitchen videos have been created to mirror the growing trend for entertaining at home, and which follows the fashion for open-plan kitchen being at the heart of the family home.

Jeremy Pang has written a cookbook Chinese Unchopped and he teaches five of the recipes for the #LoveYourKitchen video series, including how to make Glass Noodle Chicken Salad. While Peter Sidwell, who has stared in ITV’s Britain’s Best Bakery has created 13 recipes exclusively for Gallery, with a new one released each month.

Marketing director of the Symphony Group, Simon Collyns, said “The series is entitled #LoveYourKitchen as we want to help get people back in the kitchen and cooking great recipes. Although they are a perfect to be shown in our showrooms, our retailers can download them from our media centre and played in the showroom, or put on our customer’s website or social media channels. They offer something a little bit different and are a great way of showcasing the kitchen as the heart of the home.”
