The company invests 5% of turnover into research and development and earlier this year won the KBB Innovation Award at trade exhibition KBB Birmingham.

Managing director Gwenhael Le Coent brought his family business to the UK in 2011, having acquired a struggling Doncaster company and saved over 200 local jobs. Le Coent aims to build relationships with the local community, supporting the likes of local clubs such as Wirquin’s sponsorship of the Doncaster Knights Rugby Club.

The Doncaster Chamber Business Awards ceremony will be held at Doncaster Racecourse on December 11, 2014.
