Kbb CAD supplier 2020 has partnered with Simon Acres Group to launch a sales training course for retailers across the UK and North America.

The course will be delivered by Simon Acres, managing director of Simon Acres Group, who commented. “We’re excited to partner with 2020 to deliver industry-specific sales training material to kitchen and bathroom retailers.”

He continued: “I think it will greatly benefit 2020’s customers and help them increase their sales conversion rates.”

With experience in leadership positions with manufacturers, retailers, suppliers and associations, Acres has 30 years of kitchen and bathroom industry knowledge.

The Simon Acres Group provides services to the kitchen and bathroom industry that include recruitment, accredited sales training, and media production.

The sales training will be offered in video format and consist of three customer engagement sales units, including tips and tricks, foundation, and advanced modules.

The training videos focus on improving skills during the customer journey and are designed to help kitchen and bathroom retailers close more sales and sell more products.

2020 global training manager Vanessa DeKoekkoek stated: “We are excited to add this course to our curriculum as there has been a growing demand for sales-focused training from our customers.

“This virtual course is a great way to complement 2020’s existing software training classes.”

Designers in both the United Kingdom and North America can purchase the new sales training course in modules from £50 up to £149.00 or two course and three-course bundles of £199 and £249, respectively.

Compusoft has recently announced its merger with 2020, which is expected to be completed in the second half of 2021.
