First female KBSA board director will take national chair role

Tina Riley has been announced as the national chair designate of the KBSA, with confirmation of her appointment to come at the next board meeting.

Riley owns family business Modern Homes in Leamington Spa, which recently celebrated its 45th anniversary amd takes over the position from David Dalglish, who has stepped down following his retirement as a director of Knaresborough Kitchens.

Dalglish had intended to step down at the end of 2014 following the KBSA brand refresh project, but as restructuring was completed ahead of schedule, the timing has been brought forward.

His passion for the association has helped us all and we wish him well in his forthcoming retirement.”

Ball continued: “We are delighted that Tina has agreed to take up the baton and look forward to working closely with her in the coming months as we continue our mission to develop our consumer franchise.”
