Amica has transferred its business into the Nottingham-based HQ of CDA
Following Polish manufacturer Amica Wronki’s acquisition of the CDA Group, Amica UK has now transferred to the Nottingham-based HQ of the appliance brand.
Amica sales, marketing and customer service operations, as well as the stock holding have all been moved to the CDA distribution centre.
David Vincent remains as national account manager for Amica UK and has been joined by national account manager for distribution Steve Stroud, formerly of Samsung and then Viking Appliances.

Both Amica and CDA marketing will be headed up by Steve Corbett.
Newly appointed managing director of CDA Simon Emmons explained: “Acquiring CDA delivered some palpable economies of scale for Amica and provides the perfect infrastructure from which to develop and grow the brand. Amica customers have been reassured by the speedy unification and are very excited about the new opportunities in the next evolutionary stage for the brand.
“In the next few months, we will be announcing new products, compelling promotions, launching a brand new brochure and opening the brand new Amica head office showroom.”
