LVT flooring manufacturer Amtico has launched its first collaboration with Europe’s largest conservation charity, the National Trust.

Amtico joins with National Trust for flooring collection

Inspired by historic designs and patterns found at National Trust properties, the collection has been created to bring the grandeur and heritage of the past into homes.

Amtico Décor x National Trust boasts three designs: Victorian Star Small, Victorian Star Large and Octagon Key and all come complete with a lifetime warranty.

The flooring manufacturer will donate a minimum of £110,000 from the UK sales of this collection to the National Trust over the next three years.

It will help look after the 500 places, 780 miles of coastline and 250,000 hectares of land in the charity’s care.

Some of the projects it will be supporting include establishing and conservation of woodlands, helping to create new habitats for wildlife and protect biodiversity.

Head of product design and visual creation at Amtico Lorna Williams commented: “When the opportunity arose for Amtico to work with the National Trust, we jumped at the chance.

“Our values are true to each other, we care about inspiring people and celebrating and protecting our heritage, which makes for a perfect pairing.

“We are very proud to be collaborating with one of the nation’s most love conservation charities and to have the opportunity to help ensure the long-term survival of the locations, landscapes and wildlife the National Trust cares for.”

National Trust brand licensing manager Michaela Davies said: “It’s been a pleasure to work with Amtico on this collection.

“The way they have interpreted the Trust’s wealth of history and heritage has been incredibly considerate and creative.

“It also brings to life the scale of responsibility we have at the National Trust, to care for these places and ensure their long-term survival.

“We hope people will relish the chance to help support our work, but also bring a little of the National Trust into their own homes.”
