Bathroom manufacturer Aqualla was named Northern Irelands’ top supplier at the 2021 Northern Ireland Plumbing and Heating Awards.
Hosted by Northern Ireland television presenter and journalist Adrain Logan, the virtual awards were broadcast across YouTube and social media.
The judging panel commented Aqualla stood out due to its sales success and ambition for growth, stating it was particularly impressive in a company that is 10 years old.
Based in Newtownards, Northern Ireland, Aqualla was formed in 2011, supplying North and South of Ireland and GB and it bought historic brand Adamsez Baths a year ago.
Earlier this year, Aqualla was acquired by Swedish brassware group FM Mattsson Mora, which also owns the Damixa brand,
Managing director of Aqualla Steven Allaway commented: “We are delighted and humbled to receive the title of ‘Northern Irelands Supplier of the Year.
“Aqualla’s approach to business has always been a customer-centric one. During periods of growth and against the recent backdrop of some very challenging circumstances, we never lose sight of the reason why we do what we do.
“Our team work extremely hard, they continually endeavour to provide first-class service, and quality products to meet the needs of our customers.
“This accolade is not only a reflection of the teams’ skill, knowledge, dedication, and commitment, but it also reflects the overwhelming support we receive from our customers. We have a lot to be thankful for.”
