ArtiCAD introduces training Academy

Under the umbrella will be sales, customer service and business practice training

Computer aided design software supplier ArtiCAD has created the ArtiCAD Academy of training and people development for those in the KBB industry.

Under the umbrella of the ArtiCAD Academy will be education and training initiatives provided by the company and a number of partners.

These include Renee Mascari, a KBB skills training provider and industry strategy consultant, who will deliver one and two day training courses on design, as well as Graham Hayden, a trainer of sales and customer service.

In addition, ArtiCAD will be providing three levels of training on its software, in-house and at customers’ premises.

Using consultants,ArtiCAD will also support business training covering marketing, recruitment, performance and financial management, which will be suited for start-ups and those seeking to enhance their business.

Director of ArtiCAD Theresa Turner commented: “We believe fundamentally in the importance of education and the promotion of best practice to not only help people succeed in their chosen careers, but also to improve the status and reputation of the KBB industry. We already work with New Bucks University to support their kitchen foundation degree course.”
