Dartford-based headquarters for 10 bathroom brands
Parent company of the Crosswater Group, Simpsons, Burlington and Britton, Bathroom Brands has commissioned the building of an HQ at Bridge Business Park in Dartford, replacing its existing premises in Charles Park. The building will house all ten of its brands and will include a 132,000sqft warehouse, 28,000sq ft of offices, training facilities and showroom.
Chairman of Crosswater David Hance commented on the move “The continued growth of our businesses means that we have outgrown our current premises. We see real operational benefits in moving our entire warehousing under one roof, with room to grow for a further decade!”

Sintered stone manufacturer Neolith has launched Calacatta Roma and Cappadocia Sunset, inspired by nature and classical architecture, and for use in kitchens or bathrooms walls, floors, in gardens or facades.
