In 2012, Bathstore introduced an installation scheme, accredited by the IKBBi, and more recently has expanded its offer with Home Design, where employees will visit a customer’s home to assist with the design and project.

This has been on top of a store refreshment programme, with its latest formats being rolled out in key locations.

The company has also invested in its website which features an online planner, Genie to pull together looks, buyers’ guides to assist understanding of the products and online help.

CEO of Bathstore Gary Favell commented: “In the last few years, we have placed a huge emphasis in growing the business through a number of initiatives to create a broader service offering to meet the demand we know exists within the market.

“By offering a complete bathroom solution both instore and online, along with quality products, training our colleagues to the highest level and offering an exceptional installation service, we know we’re offering the best value and service in the sector. “We’re delighted to have been recognised as one of the fastest-growing businesses in the UK – it’s testament to the hard work, commitment and passion of our colleagues to deliver a best in class service.”
