The British Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom Installation (BiKBBI) has announced its programme of talks taking place at InstallerSHOW 2025.
BiKBBI stand will invites installation professionals as well as manufacturers, retailers, suppliers and distributors to ‘join the conversation’ on key topics impacting the fitted interiors installation sector.
The highlight of the stand is the BiKBBI studio, a recording facility to capture and share conversations during and after the show, with a line-up of guests and topics.

For the first time, the BiKBBI stand will sit at the heart of a village of products and services from corporate sponsors including Sensio, PJH Group, MHK UK, Titus, C-1, Bushboard and Space Plug.
Sessions will take place over the three-day event, from June 24-26, and will be broadcast via BiKBBI’s YouTube channel, @bikbbitv.
These sessions include the following:
- Is fitting for females? – Olivia Weaver, owner of Harrison James Shropshire, joins BiKBBI CEO, Damian Walters, to chat about her experiences and successes
- TrustMark: Skilled to Build – BiKBBI’s Damian Walters sits down with Avinash Rajan, director at TrustMark, to unpack the recent findings published in TrustMark’s commissioned research
- Is regulation the key to raising standards for fitted interiors? – Kevin Wellman from CIPHE joins Damian to explore whether re=ulation in the KBB sector could be a key factor in raising standards.
- NKBA – Understanding the North American Market – A deep dive into the go-to-market options including the role of the designer, showroom and distributors
- The role an institute plays in supporting – Experienced KBB installation business and recently-appointed BiKBBI strategic advisor, Mark Conacher and Damian Walters give an insight into an organisation dedicated to supporting installation businesses and how registered businesses can maximise value from joining an institute.
- Funding the Future of Installation – Blum Managing Director, Matthew Glanfield discusses the important role manufacturers can play in building a sustainable future installation workforce, from appenticeships and training to resettlement and licencing
- Growing your installation business – With three decades of experience of running his own installation business from sole trade to multi-teams and national projects, Irvine Bowie of Premium Kitchens and Bedrooms talks to Damian Walters to find out how others thinking about growing their business can learn from his experiences.
- The Route to Retail for Installers: MHK UK – Damian Walters welcomes MHK UK’s David Morris into the BiKBBI studio to explore the opportunities for installers that might be looking to grow and expand their business to include a retail offer.
- Collaboration is key to driving positive change – Sensio Group’s managing director, Michael Linsky join= Damian Walters on the sofa to talk about working together and why its important for all areas of the industry to collaborate in orde= to drive positive change.
- Making life easier, simpler and quicker for kitchen fitters – Rachel Tuckey, chief product & marketing officer at Hafele joins Damian Walters to chat about the steps the company has taken to simplify installation for new and existing kitchen fitters.
Additionally, BiKBBI CEO Damian Walters will also host a panel discussion at the Kitchen of the Future theatre, discussing the key to a successful installation and joined by Accredited Installation Methods (AiM) assessor Paul Everitt, Tom Baldwin from Signature Projects and Ian Cloggie of Christian Andrews Interiors.

Continuing the theme of ‘join the conversation’, the BiKBBI Education Committee will hold its first in-person meeting on the BiKBBI stand.
Committee members, representing all areas of the sector, will assemble to continue their work on improving education and training provision for the installation sector.
