Stress Matters supports companies and their employees within the KBB industry with frameworks to guide their wellbeing practices that will help reduce stress as well as improve morale, motivation and, ultimately, business performance. It also offers support through dedicated mental health first aider training and workshops.
“As we continue in lockdown with many unknowns and uncertainties, we’re becoming acutely aware of stress and its impact on mental health and our own wellbeing,” says Damian Walters, CEO of the BiKBBI. “The BiKBBI has a responsibility to support our members and partners with practical work-related advice and information to help us all stay healthy through these difficult times. That’s why we are delighted to confirm a strategic partnership with the team at Stress Matters and are looking forward to sharing their expertise and content with our members.”
James Capell-Abra, Business Development at Stress Matters, comments: “Stress Matters are proud to be partnering with the BIKBBI, especially now when businesses and individuals in the industry so urgently need support. With our expertise and unique approach along with the association’s wide reaching voice, our aim is to promote the improvement of Wellbeing and Mental Health far and wide throughout the KBB industry.”
Under the new strategic partnership, Stress Matters will provide BiKBBI members with informed articles, blogs and social media content on the BiKBBI platforms. It will also offer a free stress consultation for all members as well as member discounts on workshops, coaching and Mental Health First Aid training.
The BiKBBI has confirmed that it will subsidise the Stress Matters Half Price Mental Health First Aid Awareness course (online 1/2 day) for members, adding to the support functions already announced since the Coronavirus outbreak.
