The British Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom Installation (BiKBBI) has welcomed Hayley Robson to its Strategic Advisory Board.

With more than 25 years’ designing kitchens and bathrooms for leading retailers, as well as participating in panel discussions, podcasts and judging industry awards, Robson will bring an retail perspective to the board.

The Strategic Advisory Board has been created to  offer insight to assist decision-making and help guide the decision-making of the institute

BiKBBI recently launched its Accredited Installation Methods (AiM) certification initiative in support of local, regional and national retailers and will be celebrating its 20thanniversary in 2026.

Damian Walters, BiKBBI CEO, commented “Successful installation is dependent on so many contributory factors from across the industry, but none more so than the designer. Installation professionals are responsible for bringing designs to life and therefore the relationship between installers and designers is pivotal.
