Appliance brand Bora will be going on a year-long road trip with a Cooking Truck Tour through European countries, including the UK, to inspire end consumers.

The Bora Truck will tour 12 countries and attend events from trade fairs, cycling tours through to dealer days.

Chefs will provide live cooking demonstrations using Bora appliances to showcase the benefits of fresh air, intuitive operation, performance and ease of cleaning.

The mobile event space will also showcase new products such as the Bora X Pure cooktop extractor system with the all-new matt glass surface and the Bora X Bo steam oven.

The tour will start at the Bora head office in Germany, in February, with a launch party.

It will head to Poland and Slovenia, then on to Italy, Slovakia and Austria before returning to Germany, then will make its way to Finland, Ireland, Great Britain and France before returning to the company’s head office.

Around 45 events are planned for 2025 in co-operation with local organisers or regional Bora retail partners.

The Bora Cooking Truck premiered in 2015 and last year alone it drove 22,000 kilometres, delivered 151 event days and visited 10 countries.

Known for its cooking experiences, 10 years’ ago Bora introduced “Bora in the Air” – a glass cube with table for 14 people, which is craned to lofty heights in extraordinary locations.
