Winner of two UK Customer Experience Awards
Brassware supplier Bristan scooped two honours at the UK Customer Experience Awards, winning Retail Contact Centre and Industrial categories.
The company won the award for its customer service approach for both installers and merchants. Bristan’s dedicated aftercare service, Bristan Care, offers a technical support hotline, extended product warranties and guarantees.
Now in its fourth year, the UK Customer Experience Awards celebrate and promote excellence in customer experience across a broad spectrum of industries, with finalists including Virgin Media, Barclays and Disney Store.
