A response to those who say the company isn’t doing enough
Nearly eight of out 10 (79%)* of respondents to a poll on kandbnews.co.uk believe BSH is not doing enough to rectify its appliance supply issues for its new range of Bosch, Neff and Siemens ovens.
However, today, BSH has announced how it is addressing delays in supply and issued updated delivery date information.
According to the company, it has taken on 200 additional employees to increase capacity, and reports the majority of 600mm single ovens and single ovens with steam will be fulfilled in June.

In addition, BSH states the majority of its 450mm compact ovens with microwave and steam will be fulfilled by July, with the remainder delivered during August.
BSH has created a ?streamlined? stock ordering process and a £100 goodwill gesture to affected consumers.
BSH had suffered from a severe stock shortage of its new range Bosch, Neff and Siemens appliances, which were launched in April.
Retailers had blasted the lack of communication from the manufacturer about the backlog of orders. However, BSH has stated Regular updates will now be available via the sales team and TradePlace.
