Swains Transport will now provide additional and scalable support to Caesarstone UK.

In addition, Caesarstone will add to its in-house team, which will include a dedicated transport manager, and the Caesarstone HGV fleet will get two new trucks.

Caesarstone UK managing director Edward Smith, said, “Caesarstone is an inherently customer centric organisation and we continually assess our operations to ensure that we are serving our customers and channel partners in the best possible way.

“Over the last 12 months, we’ve enhanced numerous areas of our inventory management, planning and customer delivery schedules.”

He  continued: “This is a natural next step, and it ensures two key elements for us – one, a significantly elevated service to Caesarstone UK customers, and two, a scalable transport solution that can grow rapidly with our UK business.

“This investment in our UK organisation gives us careful control over one of our key partner touch points, as well as supporting us for our long-term business growth.”

The enhanced transport service follows the pricing restructure announced by Caesarstone in April.

Designed to improve accessibility and affordability, the new pricing model introduces simplified price groups and reduced rates on some of its best-selling surface designs.

Bulk-buy discounts have also been extended to all sectors, offering greater flexibility and significant savings.
