Home appliance brand Candy has announced its partnership with family movie DreamWorks Trolls Band Together, with a multi-channel campaign.

The three-week campaign will highlight the importance of the Candy brand to families and showcase its features designed to make family life easier.

According to Candy, DreamWorks Trolls movie strapline “life’s more fun when you band together” aligns with its ethos of creating more time to have fun with the people you care about, by offering smart connected, time-saving appliances.

These include its Rapido dishwasher with a 35-minute Wash&Dry programme and hOn app feature Snap & Wash, where it will select optimal cycle based on a photo.

This is joined by the Candy RapidO washing machine, which is A-rated and can reportedly reduce energy consumption by up to 51%, while its Smart Pro dryer is A++ rated and comes with a set of rapid drying cycles.

While Candy’s Moderna oven has a choice of 250 recipes that can be accessed via the app, for meal-time inspiration.

The campaign will consist of digital, social media and influencer marketing as well as coverage in a range of publications.
