After 15 years at the helm of Dansani A/S Carsten Friis has handed over the role to sales director Peter Juul.

However, Friis will retain ownership and going forwards will concentrate on the holding company as CEO of Friis Group A/S and Dansani Holding A/S, an umbrella group for a number of companies including Dansani A/S.

Commenting on the decision Carsten Friis said: “Both Dansani and the companies that are part of the Friis Group are now in a place where they require full focus.

“At the same time, I have been at the helm of Dansani for so many years that the company will benefit from fresh eyes that can do something about “we usually do”.

“Therefore, I am happy that we have succeeded in getting such a competent man as Peter Juul on board for the task.”

Peter Juul who has held the position of sales director since August 2022 added: “Dansani has a very strong foundation to build on, with fantastic products, a well-oiled factory and a strong management team with both solid experience and a good ability to innovate.

“But the most important thing is the loyal and flexible employees, who are a huge asset and the ones who make the difference – both today and tomorrow.

“At the same time, we are in an exciting time, where a lot is happening around us, which means that we must think innovatively and dare to invest.
