In order to support its customers, Franke has launched a UK-wide dedicated repair team to cover its boiling water taps, hoods and waste disposal units.
The full-time, fully qualified team are part of Franke’s Consumer Care department and will respond to any issues with relevant products, whether they are in or out of warranty.
The service is only chargeable for products that are not covered under the Franke warranty.
The service is available from Monday to Friday, between 9am-4pm, subject to prior booking of an appointment.
All technicians will wear Franke branded uniform and carry official company ID at all times.
Franke’s managing director Neil Clark commented: “Franke products are built to last using the finest quality materials and state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques but we accept that, from time-to-time, things may go wrong.
“That’s why we are one of the first sink and tap manufacturers to provide a repair service for boiling water taps, hoods and WDUs with a dedicated team that are out in the field.
“It’s an important point of differentiation from other brands.”
