TV presenter and architect partners with brassware brand

Brassware manufacturer Methven has appointed TV presenter and architect George Clarke as its first brand ambassador.

Clarke agreed a partnership with Methven after having used its Satinjet shower while visiting family in New Zealand, and has particular interest in the company’s water-saving technology.

Sunderland-born Clarke studied architecture at the University of Newcastle and University College London. He commented on his role as Methven’s brand ambassador: “I’m really excited to be teaming up with Methven which is a fabulous brand and I’ve been more than impressed with the stunning products it brings to market. The business has stayed true to its New Zealand roots with a focus on the environment and on design and innovation – all of which makes them really stand out from the crowd. I’m really looking forward to meeting the team and working with them in the coming months.”
