London-based luxury design house Goddard Littlefair has won the Best Interior Design: Development category in the Best Home Awards for its Canaletto project.

The company transformed two Beaumont Collection apartments in a 31-storey residential building, designed by Dutch architects  UNStudio.

Positioned on the 25th floor, each apartment has 2,000sqft of living space, three double bedrooms with two ensuites, a separate bathroom and powder room, open plan kitchen and lounge with dual aspect panoramas.

The client brief was to create “a comfortable and welcoming space with a sense of style and luxury”, expected from a distinctive building and high level London living.

Bulthaup furniture has been used in the kitchen with Blanco Claron stainless steel sink and Gessi taps.
