Gontier to leave UK for Cosentino Asia

After 11 years heading up the UK, Christophe Gontier will move to Australia

 After 11 years at the helm of Cosentino UK and Ireland, regional director Christophe Gontier will move to Australian in January 2018 to take up the position of Cosentino VP Asia & Oceania.

Gontier joined Cosentino, the Spanish-based manufacturer of quartz an ultra compact surfaces, in 2007 and has built the business to 23 times the size it was when he joined. He has also overseen the opening of Cosentino City in London

Paul Gidley, who has been with the company for the past seven years most recently as area manager for the North, will become area director for Cosentino UK.

In addition, Mark Burke who has been with the business for the past eight years as general manager in Dublin will take over as area director for Ireland.
