Home makeover supplier Granite & Trend Transformations UK is celebrating 15 years of business in the UK.

Granite Transformations celebrates 15 years in UK

Established in Perth, Australia in 1996, it then expanded globally, with the UK business opened in 2004.

It started out with the creation of a granite worktop “the top that fits on top” in six colours for consumers who couldn’t afford a full kitchen refurbishment.

The company grew to offer replacement cupboard doors so that customers could have an update without needing to replace the entire kitchen.

Now, it can provide a full kitchen makeover, including worktops in granite and recycled material surfaces in over 40 colours, cupboard doors and drawers, appliances, accessories, tiles and mosaics.

Italian tile manufacturer Trend Group acquired a majority stake in 2006 which enabled Granite & Trend Transformations to add all of the luxury materials from their portfolio to the kitchen and bathroom offering.

Since establishing the business in the UK, Granite & Trend Transformations has transformed around 72,000 kitchens across the country and over 200 bathrooms.

There are currently 20 franchisees nationwide, equating to over 200 employees, with the company having particular success with garden and leisure centre concessions.

It has plans to attract a further 10 franchisees during 2020.
