GWA Group acquires Methven

Australian building fixtures and fittings supplier buys New Zealand brassware manufacturer

Australian supplier of building fixtures and fittings GWA Group has acquired New Zealand brassware business Methven.

Methven enters Scheme Implementation Agreement

GWA Group designs, imports and distributes brands for residential and commercial bathrooms, as well as kitchens, across Australia, New Zealand and international markets.

Methven, which includes the Aio range, will join a stable of brands, numbering Caroma, Dorf and Clark.
