Major kitchen appliance brand Haier has launched a range of small domestic appliances (SDA) for the first time.

Haier unveils SDA for first time

The Series 5 Small Kitchen Appliance Collection was launched at IFA exhibition in Berlin, and introduced to the UK at Haier’s Activation Centre in Business Design Centre, London.

The collection includes a hand blender, chopper, blender, multi beverage centre for hot drinks, toaster with extra deep slots and lid, energy-saving kettle with seven temperature options, plus a Multi Air Fryer with grill, bake and slow cooker functions.

Designed to align with its premium major appliances, the seven-strong SDA collection is manufactured from Inox Brushed Steel.

Speaking at the London event, SDA global marketing director at Haier Europe Franco della Bella stated aesthetics was the primary choice behind the purchase of small appliances, followed by tailor-made performance and energy efficiency.

He stated: “When you’re investing £20,000 or £30,000 in a kitchen environment, you want and expect that every single detail elevates that kitchen.”
