Hansgrohe acquires Easy Sanitary Solutions

Hansgrohe has aquired a majority stake, subject to approval of the European antitrust authorities

German brassware manufacturer Hansgrohe has aquired a majority stake in family-owned Easy Sanitary Solutions (ESS), subject to approval of the European antitrust authorities.

Hansgrohe posts 10th consecutive sales record

 

Headquarted in Oldenzaal, in the Netherlands, ESS is the inventor and manufacturer Easy Drain shower channels and offers a range of products for barrier-free showering and bathroom niches.

ESS has locations in the Netherlands and Germany, employs 102 people and sells its products in Europe and the USA.

For Hansgrohe, ESS will become a competence centre for bathroom drain solutions and partner to jointly develop and market the product category.

Chairman of the executive board at Hansgrohe Jans Jeugen Kalmbach stated: “With this investment we are strengthening the product range in our core area – showers.
