The company opened its purpose-built HQ in Warwick in April, last year, which includes a purpose-built training centre to deliver hands-on practical and theory training.

Designed “for professionals, by professionals”, the training centre is equipped with purpose-built zones that reflect real-world installer challenges, such as pipework stations and testing areas.

Featuring an initial focus on the iBox 2 installation and servicing, attendees will gain insights, from maintaining Hansgrohe products through to fault finding.

Designed to give installers an all-round understanding of the products, fitting requirements and performance, training courses are free to attend and will be taking place throughout the rest of the year.

National technical sales manager at Hansgrohe, Keith Dyson commented: We are incredibly passionate about making sure installers are not only assured with their ability to install Hansgrohe products, but also confident in the quality of our products and ease of maintenance – which is why we launched these courses.

“The training room has been designed around the needs of installers to ensure they leave with practical knowledge and confidence. Our aim is to make their job easier through hands-on experience and expert guidance. We want to support them every step of the way.”

Course attendees will be given a tour of the Warwick Water Studio and will receive a goody bag worth £75, which includes a flow cup for measuring water flow.

Additionally, attendees will earn 50 Talisman points as part of Hansgrohe’s Talisman Loyalty Programme that gives professionals who install Hansgrohe and Axor products an opportunity to gain points which can be transferred into cash benefits.

Sam Clipsham, director of PipePros Plumbing and Heating, attended a training session and said: “It was a fantastic experience. Garrick and Moley delivered the session brilliantly — it was packed with valuable information that will really help me when promoting Hansgrohe products to clients.

“The quality of the products speaks for itself, and the all-inclusive 5-year warranty gives real peace of mind. The hospitality was spot on, with great food, plenty of drinks, and even a bag of goodies to take away. A very worthwhile and enjoyable day — thanks again to the Hansgrohe team!”
