Investment in premises as well as staff levels
Following UK sales growth over the past 18 months, Hansgrohe SE has invested in a London premises for its projects, in a bid to be closer to architect and design communities.
Based in Clerkenwell, the centre will help generate specifications in the UK and globally, with the building expected to be fully operational within the next six months.
In addition, Hansgrohe UK has expanded its sales and marketing team, with an emphasis on the project business.

The roles include four additional field sales positions for the projects channel, including a national sales manager to replace the incumbent Jay Phillips who has been promoted to sales director.
Four sales co-ordinators for the internal Project Sales Office will also boost the department.
Marketing manager Noel Riley has been promoted to marketing director and the marketing team also sees the creation of six roles, with a channel specific focus: three for Retail, three for Projects. This will include a head of channel for each.
In addition, the newly-created position of strategy and business development has been filled by Joanna Williams. She has a track record in commercial sales and marketing roles for companies such as Brother, Bank of America and BUPA.
