“Here to help” retail support launched by Hafele

Package includes a price freeze, design and technical support

Distributor Hafele UK has launched a package of support for kbb retailers and manufacturer, in response to customer feedback about industry concerns as a result of COVID-19.

Available to new and existing customers, the Hafele Here to Help programme is designed to help increase sales and enquiries, plus deliver projects on time and within budget despite challenges presented by the pandemic.

The package include a price freeze on all products for the rest of 2020, as well as a 50% reduction in the free delivery order value from £100 to £50, until the end of September.

Additionally, Hafele has brought together a number of its existing added-value services to aid design and specification, as well as the order and installation of its products.

Its technical team is also on hand to offer advice on choosing the most suitable solutions from Hafele’s range of products.

Hafele is offering a free-of-charge Lighting Design Service to help retailer specify and upsell lighting.

On top of this, Hafele to Order is a bespoke manufacturing and packing service which allows customers to order lighting to its exact size and quantity.

It adds to the Kitchen Planner which was launched last year on its consumer-facing website Ideas for Living.

It allows consumers to design and configurate spaces and designs in their home, with a focus on the storage and internals of kitchen cabinets, before they enter a showroom saving time in the consultation process.
