Bristol-based Heritage Bathrooms to move to parent company Bristan’s HQ in Staffordshire

Bristol-based Heritage bathrooms will be integrating its sales ordering and returns into the operations of its headquarters of its parent company Bristan Group in Tamworth, Staffordshire and will close its office. The move will affect 10 employees. 

Heritage Bathrooms’s warehousing and logistics, credit control, new product development and marketing functions are already sited at Tamworth.In addition, last year, the business also integrated its customer service team into its parent company’s operation. Heritage Bathrooms will also be integrated into the group’s customer relationship management system (CMS), which it states will offer an enhanced service to customers.

According to the company, Heritage Bathrooms will remain a separate business to the Bristan operation.
