White goods manufacturer Hotpoint has launched a new interactive website for retailers and customers alike.
The new site has a range of videos which demonstrate Hotpoint’s High Definition technology across its collection of products. These include laundry anti-stain, Active Oxygen cooling and dual fuel cooking. Retailers and customers are invited to register their appliances within the ‘My Hotpoint’ area.
Indesit company marketing communications director Ian Moverley said: “With a history of trusted innovation, we wanted the new website to be interactive, striking and easy to navigate, bringing to life our technology in a way that resonates with our customers.
“It’s easy to access a wealth of knowledge from our customer service teams and our My Hotpoint area is expanding rapidly to enable our customers to access content directly relevant to their needs.”
The new site is part of a change in focus for Hotpoint who are investing heavily in digital across web, CRM and social media platforms.
