UK wetroom brand Impey has launched its first ever virtual course, an online version of its We are Wetrooms training, which will take place on May 27, 9-11am (BST) and is free to book.

Since its launch in 2016, Impey’s We are Wetrooms installation tour has trained over 1,000 installers, retailers, plumbers and tilers.

Due to Coronavirus restrictions, all training dates had to be cancelled in 2020, so the company has created its own virtual hub with product presentation studio and demonstration areas for online training.

Combining pre-recorded videos with a variety of live Q&A sessions, the virtual training will deliver details on all Impey’s wertoom solutions, including its Aqua-Dec Easyfit and Aqua-Dec Linear floor formers.

Also covered as part of the training is the installation of Impey’s WaterGuard tanking solution and the Aqua-Grade and Aqua-Grade Linear screed templates for new pour concrete floors.

Led by technical field manager Shaun Hunt, the sessions incorporate wetroom installation and floor formers, wetroom installation into a wooden or concrete floor, how to achieve the accurate wetroom gradient, drainage: gravity fed and pumped waste, as well as leak-free water proofing.
