Established in 1960, the Jaquar Group is present in 40 countries, delivering over 2million bathrooms a year and producing 24million bathroom fittings annually.

Director and promoter of the Jaquar Group Rajesh Mehra said: “Artize has caused a fantastic reaction everywhere we have presented the range.

“It is jewellery for the bathroom with designs that have captured the imagination. It is our flagship luxury brand and we believe it will make a huge impact in the UK and Europe.”

UK head of Jaquar Martin Voisey commented on the launch of Artize: “This is not just a new product.

“There is a major powerhouse behind this brand with five state-of-the-art manufacturing units in India and one in South Korea spread over 270,000sqm.”

He continued: “It is a new level of quality and precision for the UK, manufactured in a Commonwealth Country lined up for the first trade deal following Brexit.

“The timing is perfect for the market, surpassing global levels of quality and set to make an impact in both commercial and domestic markets.”

There are currently 65 dealers for the mid-market Jaquar brand in the UK and the company aims to have 90 by the end of the year.

This will include a dedicated showroom in London, Jaquar World, which will be a joint retailer venture.

However, the Jaquar Group has longer-term plans to have a Jaquar dealer network of 120 showrooms across the UK and it will initially target 20 UK showrooms for its luxury Artize brand.

We interviewed the company to find out more about the Artize product and how it plans to offer a “complete bathroom solution.”
