Design, retail and trend reports form the seminar programme
Kitchen and bathroom trade show, kbbBirmingham has unveiled its seminar series, which will take place during the show from March 2-5 at the NEC.
The seminars will cover topics which range from design to how to grow an independent business, through to e-commerce and colour trends.
Queen’s Award Designer Robin Levien of Studio Levien will be in conversation with Kitchens & Bathrooms News editor Philippa Turrell and he will be discussing multi-generational living and its impact on bathroom design in “3 Generations, One Bathroom – Designing for the Future”. He will be talking about the design and manufacturing processes involved in the creation of a new bathroom.

John Lennon, sales director of PWS, will be giving an independent-retailer focussed seminar entitled ‘how to maintain market share and grow your business as an independent specialist’.
In addition, Graham Youd, business development manager at Evosite, will be giving an e-commerce-based talk to offer businesses of all sizes an insight into how to harvest technological advantages.
These speakers will be joined by Hannah Malein from Global Color Research which be examining the key colour and material trends, while Jayne Barber of JKMR will be discussing how the kbb industry is faring.
