KBSA announces 2020 conference date

AGM, conference and awards to take place on September 30, 2020

Trade association, the Kitchen, Bedroom, Bathroom Specialists Association (KBSA) has announced the date of its 2020 Conference, AGM and Awards dinner as September 30.

 

However the venue of the event has yet to be confirmed.

Chair of the Kbsa Richard Hibbert said: “We are delighted to have announced the date for 2020 so early.”

He continued: “The 2019 event was fully booked, with attendance up 30% on the previous year, so we are urging members to save the date and book early, as soon as tickets go on sale.”

Themed “Staying ahead”, the Conference included working sessions on Social Media Solutions, The Customer Journey and The Future Marketplace.

It also featured keynote speaker Baroness Michelle Mone OBE, followed by an awards dinner hosted by Kevin Keegan OBE.

However, Hibbert commented the association plans to build on its success: “We are committed to continually improving the only conference that caters for the independent kbb retailer, presenting material and topics that offer tangible benefits, as well as a fabulous networking event.”

The format for 2020 will incorporate the retailer dinner the evening before the conference and the annual awards dinner following the conference.

He concluded: “There will be some enticing early bird offers available to members.”
