The KBB industry has paid its respects to Kevin Earll, senior contracts & specification consultant at bathroom distributor Faucets, who has recently passed away.

Kevin Earll had a long and established career in the bathroom industry, having worked as commercial director of Fayers, then sales director of Duravit, prior to his position with Faucets.

Managing director of Faucets Darren Taylor led the tributes, as he wrote on LinkedIn: “It is with great sadness I must inform you of the passing of Kevin Earll.

“Kevin joined Faucets Ltd in 2012, but he was involved in the industry for many, many years before. I know customers and suppliers alike will miss him. He was very popular!

“Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife Deb and the family at this difficult time.

“Deb has asked no flowers but if someone wants to make a donation to St Michaels hospice who looked after him so well at the end, that would be very much appreciated. RIP Kevin.”

Managing director of Hansgrohe Jay Phillips commented: “Very sad news, such as lovely man. You were never too far away from fun when you were with Kevin. Condolences to Debs and the family. RIP Kevin.”

CEO at Bristan Group Martin Mongan said: “Such a sad loss. Lovely man who will be sorely missed. Thoughts and prayers with Deborah and the family.”

Paul Crow, managing director of Ripples, also wrote on LinkedIn: “Met him at a Hansgrohe factory tour many years ago. Lovely man and very sad news.”

UK sales director of Duravit Gary Matthews added: “Such a sad loss of a really dear friend. Only fond and loving memories of a pal who was always there for you. All thoughts and love to Debs and the family. Rest in peace my friend x”
