Marflow MD leaves business

Following a strategic review of the business and parent company the Sanbra Group, Marflow managing director Iain Reid has left the company.

Managing director of brassware manufacturer Marflow Iain Reid has left the company, following a strategic review of the business and its parent company the Sanbra Group,

Iain Reid joined the Birmingham-based business in 2016 as general manager, before becoming managing director a year later.

During his tenure, he developed the organisation, expanded its capabilities and introduced new product ranges.

He also led the business through the challenging times of the COVID pandemic and resulting supply chain issues.

Further, Iain Reid helped integrate Marflow into Sanbra, following the company’s acquisition by the group in 2020.

A statement by Marflow read: “We would like to thank Iain for his efforts and the significant contribution he has made over the past seven years and wish him every success in his future endeavours.”
