Chef Michel Roux Jr visited the headquarters of British kitchen furniture manufacturer Moores to make the next step of its joint venture Roux Kitchens.
The Roux kitchen collection will have wider distribution to premium housebuilders and selected kitchen retailers, and will feature new colours.
During his visit, Michel Roux Jr visited its Wetherby-based factory, where he spent one-on-one time with the teams that work on the Roux Kitchen collection.
Michel Roux Jr said: “It was a pleasure to spend time with the Moores team at their impressive headquarters.
“It’s important for me that his collection meets the high demands I would expect from a professional-style kitchen and with their attention to detail, Moores continues to get it right.”
CEO of Moores Furniture Group Steve Parkin commented: “2019 will be an exciting year for Roux Kitchens.
“With this range Moores can offer a unique kitchen solution for penthouses, luxury projects and executive housebuilders looking for an extra-special point of different that is truly unique and exciting.
“We are currently talking to a small collection of kitchen retailers.
The Roux Kitchen Collection was launched in 2017 and Steve Parkin explained the essence of the brand, stating it “is about creating a luxury, premium quality kitchen that is attainable for consumers and prospective buyers in the new homes market.”
