Mobalpa opens 10th showroom

Franchise opens 170sqm showroom in Reading, Berkshire

French kitchen furniture manufacturer Mobalpa has opened its 10th franchise showroom in Reading, Berkshire, following a £300,000 investment.

It joins a network of showrooms in London, the South East and its first Mobalpa studio in Yorkshire, as well as the pilot store in Warrington, Cheshire.

The 170sqm showroom features seven kitchen, bathroom, wardrobe and living space displays.

It is owned by Canadian Abbas Twaij, who has a background in construction, project management and property development.

Twaij commented on the launch of the showroom: “I chose Mobalpa to develop a business in the UK due to the excellent product range and the level of support. The management team dedicated to the UK is always available to help and is very attentive.”

Head of UK at Mobalpa Kyle Whittle commented: “We’re delighted to welcome Abbas and his team to the Mobalpa network and are very excited to be celebrating our 10th showroom. 2018 is set to be an exciting year for us, so opening in Reading has been a great way to start it and continue sharing our French kitchen furniture with new customers.”
