Survey reveals readers influenced by familiarity, stock availability and warranties
Despite the economic climate improving, readers of Kitchens & Bathrooms News still put peace of mind among the top factors which influence their purchasing decisions.
According to the survey, which was emailed to a selection of its readers, familiarity with a product or brand ranked as the top choice, with 91% of respondents agreeing it influenced their purchasing choices.
In addition 84% of respondents agreed a product with a guarantee or warranty would influence their product purchases, while 83% agreed stock availability was an important purchasing factor.
