Solid worktop specialist Precision Stone has invested in a Customer Contact Centre that includes a showroom and training centre, designed to host product training sessions for its retail partners.

The Customer Contact Centre is situated at the company’s premises in Warwickshire and boasts a  portfolio of surfaces from brands, including Caesarstone, Dekton, Neolith and Silestone.

Managing director of Precision Stone Sam Hotten stated: “We are unique in the industry with our new Customer Contact Centre and are very proud of our recently opened showroom where we are able to train our retailers and their staff.

“In addition, we extend the use of our facilities to our trade partners and have the capacity to welcome our retailers’ customers, introducing them to all the incredible surfaces available for their new kitchen, bathroom, or anywhere in the home that requires a stylish and contemporary surface.”

Specialising in the supply, fabrication and installation of granite, marble, quartz, and ultra-compact surfaces, Precision Stone provides a nationwide service.

The company has two production centres, in Wolverhampton and Hook in Hampshire, supported by a national servicing team which operates with the benefit of a remedial service app.
