WRAS will accept test results
UAE based RAK Ceramics had attained the level of ‘Self-Assessment’ for its testing of WC’s at its Ras-al-Khaimah plant.
The Water Regulations Advisory Scheme (WRAS) will now accept test results against the UK Regulators Specification for WC’s.
Founded in 2002, RAK Ceramics UAE has created more than 30 close-coupled WC designs, including RAK Rimless technology and currently export to more than 150 countries.
Managing director Rob Jull commented: “There are very few sanitaryware manufacturers who attain the level of ‘Self-assessment’.
“Apart from the kudos it brings within the industry, it will also benefit RAK’s customers, allowing new product development to accelerate.”
