Bath-based Roper Rhodes won the Bathroom Supplier of the Year, Instinct Supplier of the Year and overall Supplier of the Year categories.

The awards recognise product quality and customer service to the merchant buying group’s branches and showrooms, totalling 258 outlets.

The awards ceremony was due to have been held at a ceremony in May, last year, but was cancelled due to Coronavirus restrictions.

Having had to be postponed for a second time, this year, the PHG Awards were held as a virtual event.

PHG Chairman David Pochin congratulated Roper Rhodes on the awards wins and commented: “The awards reflect their commitment to building strong relationships across the membership, great quality and services levels and working together on developing and expanding the Instinct project”.

Roper Rhodes supplies furniture, sanitaryware, brassware, mirrored cabinets, mirrors and bathroom accessories.

Director of Sales – Major Accounts/Groups at Roper Rhodes, Oliver Greenslade said: ‘It is always great to win awards but this one is extra special as the award winners are chosen by a vote of all the members, so means even more”.

Managing director of Roper Rhodes Leigh Leather added: “We have worked with PHG from the beginning in 2013 with our trading relationship going from strength to strength and I’m sure it will continue to positively evolve further”.
