Bathroom manufacturer and distributor Roxor Group has recently adopted 2020 Ideal Spaces as its online lead generation tool.

The parent company of Hudson Reed, Nuie, Old London, Asquiths, Bayswater and BC Designs chose the software because of its “simplicity and easy placement of core products into the customer floorplan, using the guided steps in 2020 Ideal Spaces.”

2020 Ideal Spaces is a cloud-based 3D planning programme, which enables omnichannel retail for consumers, retailers and manufacturers.

It has been designed to improve the “onboarding customer experience” through each step of the buying journey, from inspiration to qualification through to space planning and purchasing.

According to 2020, it results in higher qualified leads and sales conversions.
